Giovanni Bromante

Gio first came to the world’s attention through TruTV’s reality series “Kart Life” which featured a number of karting competitors and families as they traveled around the country. Recently, Gio claimed his first Bojangle’s Summer Shootout Championship at Charlotte Motor Speedway during his rookie year at the event.

Most recently, PMG was instrumental in placing Giovanni with David Gilliland Racing, one of the top Toyota-backed short track teams in the country. Giovanni will be racing a pro late model with the DGR organization for select events in 2017.


Quin Houff

IMG_1519Quin is an 18-year-old driver from Weyers Cave, Virginia, currently moving up the racing ladder in a big hurry. After winning two CARS Super Late Model Tour races in 2015 and 2016, Quin was presented with the opportunity to race with David Gilliland Racing’s Toyota-backed program in 2016 at the All-American 400 in Nashville. To open 2017, PMG negotiated a seat for Quin in the ARCA Daytona opener where he led a large portion of the race before a late-race incident sidelined him for the day. Additional races for his schedule include super late model contests and a debut in the NASCAR Xfinity Series through a deal brokered by PMG.


Derek Kraus

IMG_1669aDerek is a 14-year-old racer from Stratford, Wisconsin with an impressive list of wins, championships, Rookie of the Year awards and other accomplishments in Karts, Bandoleros, Pro Trucks and Late Models. He currently competes on the ARCA Midwest Tour and in addition to frequent events at his home track (State Park Speedway) as well as premier late model events throughout the country.

In 2017, PMG put together an agreement with Bill McAnally Racing for Derek to race in the famed NAPA colors for the entire 2017 schedule in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West. Derek debuted at New Smyrna Speedway in an East Series race with a top five finish and promises to be a contender for not only the Rookie of the Year title, but also the championship.


 

Matt Mead

IMG_0455Originally from Pennslyvania, Matt Mead recently moved to Charlotte in order to pursue a racing career after success in US Legend Car and Bandolero competition growing up. Success in the Bojangles’ Summer Shootout at Charlotte opened doors for Matt who will be competing in a pro late model for Anthony Campi Racing in 2017 at New Smyrna Speedway, a partnership brokered by PMG after seeing Matt’s ability on-track at the Shootout.
